Hi Tony. Great video! That’s super excellent that you are willing to educate us on fitness. At 33 years old I joined a gym for the first time in my life in June 2013 and have been attending 4 times a week ever since. I’m doing well with losing body fat at a healthy rate. I’d like to ask you these things please. First, I have knee injuries where I am not allowed to kneel, lunge, or squat. Can you suggest things I could do as alternatives to lunges and squats while I’m in classes? Also, I have asthma, so 30-minute cardio classes are too much for me to handle (3 mins on a rower or 2-5mins running is often my limit!). Other than long mild walks, do you have any suggestions on what kind of cardio I could do and how much each week?
