- Conditioning for Children & Teenagers
- What is it? A fitness program for kids aged 6 & up
- When? Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:00pm-5:30pm
What Does the Program Involve?
Personal trainer will be leading the children through various exercises/activities. The children will be getting their heart rates up as well as working their muscles! I promote health, wellness, integrity, and learning to build self-esteem. Program includes resistance training, cardiovascular and resistance training.
- Cost: $199.00 for 4 weeks;
- All Camps are 2 days (Tue & THUR)
