Hey everyone! In the weeks to come I’ll be working out more. But not how you probably think; I’ll be blogging more! So there will be more health and fitness tips, responses to your questions–I love responding to those by the way–and more sharing of pics and videos of how to better workout. I’ll share some other fun stuff too!
For those of you on Twitter, you may have seen the phrase, #Martinezway, in several of my tweets. It’s more than just a hashtag! It represents my approach to health and fitness. WORK SMARTER, NOT HARDER has always been my philosophy because working out excessively doesn’t produce faster results–that’s the hard way! Knowing how to get measurable results in a shorter period of time is doing things the smart way, the MARTINEZ WAY!
Since everyone’s body is different, people will have different results! But working out more strategically works for everyone. How? By taking baby steps before you walk. You’ll have to learn to be patient with your body and try not to get frustrated. You’ll also have to be disciplined and be willing to put in the work! You’ll have to stick to it to see those pounds and inches decrease. Read below how a Facebook friend lost a few inches doing things the “Martinez Way” or as she calls it the, “Janet Jackson Abs” workout.
As you read BJ is a BUSY woman, so working out for long hours several times a week just doesn’t fit into her schedule. I imagine many of you are the same way. But if you can find the time to exercise smarter, whether before your day begins, during lunch, or maybe some time in the evenings, you’ll see results if you’re consistent! And no, you don’t have to go to gym to get in a good workout! Wherever you are, there is probably enough space to get in a little exercise.
Do you have questions or comments about how to fit exercise into your busy lifestyle? Talk to me in the comment section below. Your feedback will help me help you in your weight loss and fitness efforts. So feel free to comment here or on the Ask Tony page! I’m looking forward to reading your responses. And for those of you on Twitter, be sure to include #martinezway in your tweets so I’ll be able to tell you’re a part of my special online friends and fans.
